EntrustOnline – Introductory Videos

Please find below, a series of videos related to the upcoming launch of the new EntrustOnline system, set for the 18th June. These videos are made with a test system, so all data is fictional. Also please note, there are elements that are being finalised, such as some of the wording.

An Introduction

This video gives a whistle-stop tour of the site, introducing how to navigate, what the functions are, and what you can expect on first login.

How to Change Your Environmental Body (EB) Details and Contacts

This video looks at the EB Details page, what is included and how to change your details, add contacts/directors and submit these changes to Entrust for checking.

Actions – How to Perform Actions on EntrustOnline

Actions are an important part of the system, being the place to carry out certain tasks. They are essential to understanding how to operate on the site.

The Annual Return

This video introduces how the annual return looks, including how you can see all the information that compiles the figures on the same page.

Project Information Requests

When a project does not have the information needed for assessment, or a clarification is required, the system enables the Registration Team at Entrust to contact your EB on the system, and a reply can be sent on the system. This video shows you how.

Shared (Allocated) Projects

This video explores where you can find what used to be called an ‘Allocated Project’ on the new system. We have changed the wording to ‘Shared Projects’, to help with understanding and ease of use.

Project Spending and Completion

This video explores how an EB enters spend on a project before it is complete and also how to complete the project, using the new project completion form.

Project Value for Money (VfM)

This video shows the new process which allows a funding EB to ask a project applicant to fill out the value questions directly on the system. The option is also there to continue as has been done before, by requesting the details and the EB completing the form themselves. Please note, the titles and terminology will be updated to ‘Value for Money’ from this test system before launch.
