Please find as a PDF download, the current version of the EB Guidance Manual (July 2025). This resource is specifically for EBs, to help navigate the regulations of the LCF, assisting in the boundaries of compliance and an understanding of an EBs roles, responsibilities and obligations.

This manual is updated twice a year, with minor or urgent updates made in July, and any more substantial updates in the January edition. Please look out for these updates, as there may be amendments to how we the scheme is regulated.
