In March 2020, following the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), ENTRUST took appropriate and proportionate steps to ensure that we could carry on providing services to our stakeholders and regulatory assurance to HM Revenue & Customs.
In March 2020 we issued a guidance note on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) and Environmental Body (EB) obligations. This guidance note was reviewed and updated in June, September and October 2020. All guidance notes are available on the right hand side of this page.
ENTRUST will keep all guidance under constant review in line with the Government advice during this unprecedented time. If EBs have any further questions which are not addressed in the current guidance note they should email email@example.com.
In accordance with the Government's advice and guidance, we have opened our office but most staff members are continuing to work from home. As part of the preparation for opening, ENTRUST complied with advice and guidance issued by the UK Government in the document 'Working safely during COVID-19 in office and contact centres' (11 May 2020). We confirm we have complied with the Government's guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 in the office and you can view the confirmation certificate on the right hand side of this page.
