2022 EB Satisfaction Survey Publication

16 Jan 2023

We are pleased to announce the publication of the 2022 Environmental Body (EB) Satisfaction Survey.

Among other surveys (for example, the Compliance Review and the Helpline feedback surveys), the EB Satisfaction Survey acts as an annual benchmark of how our stakeholders perceive the company and the impact we make in regulating the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).

After careful examination, the findings are used to shape our strategies, helping us identify areas for improvement and develop an Action Plan that will drive better performance in the year ahead.

In 2022, the survey findings revealed that overall satisfaction levels remained relatively robust amongst EBs. However, it also highlighted several areas in which improvement could be made to ensure that EBs have an even better experience when dealing with Entrust in the future. These included communicating changes to the Registration Process and Compliance Review Process, as well as making amendments to Project Site Visits.

“The feedback we get from EBs is an invaluable resource for us,” noted Christopher Welford, CEO of Entrust, “and helps us ensure that we are delivering on our promises to stakeholders, guaranteeing that our activities as a regulator continue to be in alignment with what HMRC expect of us. We look forward to enhancing performance based on this feedback and making sure that EBs have the best possible experience when dealing with Entrust.”

Kate Shaw, Chief Operating Officer at Entrust added:

“We understand the importance of staying up-to-date with EB Satisfaction in order to ensure all our stakeholders continue to receive the highest quality service possible. For this reason, we’re intending to conduct a thorough review of the survey methodology, along with stakeholder engagement initiatives and wider communications methods going into Q1 2023.”

The company encourages any stakeholders with feedback or suggestions to reach out and let us know by emailing helpline@entrust.org.uk or calling 01926 488 300. By continuing to listen and respond to its stakeholders, Entrust can ensure that it is providing a great service and helping build strong relationships into the future.
