We continue to listen to feedback from Environmental Bodies (EBs) on our Guidance Manual and periodically update it. We have updated the Guidance Manual as per below:
- Further information on the collection of personal data (in relation to sole traders when they are acting as contractors) has been added to both Parts 3 (Now you are enrolled - 3.11) and 5 (Running a project - 5.3);
- Following the end of the transitional period in Wales Part 7 (Devolution) has been removed;
- Part 8 (Appendix) therefore becomes Part 7; and
- Part 1 (Introduction) now briefly mentions Wales and Scotland leaving the scheme due to devolution.
