We would like to apologise to all enrolled Environmental Bodies (EBs) who may have needed to access ENTRUST Online (EOL) or contact us by email during this time.
As you may be aware, ENTRUST experienced technical issues with accessing our systems from late afternoon on Monday until this morning. These have now been resolved.
If you continue to have any issues or if you have had any reporting requirements during this downtime, where you have been unable to access EOL please contact us as soon as possible on our Helpline at 01926 488 300 and we will work with you to resolve this.
