ENTRUST working arrangements - an update

25 Mar 2020

In light of the Government's announcement on Monday 23 March 2020, we have taken the decision to close the ENTRUST office, and have done so with immediate effect.

The wellbeing of our staff, stakeholders, and their families is our number one priority, and we feel this is the right decision at this time, bearing in mind the current circumstances.

Our staff are now working from home and everyone doing so has full technical support to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and they can also be contacted on their usual direct telephone numbers and email addresses.

ENTRUST, as far as possible, continues to operate as usual in these challenging times.

If you have a general enquiry where possible we would request that you email your enquiries to Helpline@entrust.org.uk, although our telephone number of 01926 488 300 does remain available.

ENTRUST Online (EOL) remains fully available for all of your reporting needs. Furthermore, if you need to send specific documents to us, you can use the secure EOL upload facility. If you're unsure how to do this we have a 'How to' guide to help you do this, which you can find on the right hand side of this page. If you have posted documents to our offices, we have made arrangements for these to be collected twice a week. These will be processed and emailed to our colleagues.

You can also read our update about how to contact us regarding your Statutory Annual Return (Form 4).

We will, of course, keep the guidance under constant review. Our website will be updated, and email communication will be sent to all main contacts of EBs should the situation and/or our working practices change further.
