The Environment Agency have announced that the interactive mapping service which shows the location of landfill sites in England is closing in April 2018.
The data will still be available so users can create their own map or list of landfill sites. This can be found at data.gov.uk
ENTRUST have prepared a solution in the event that this closure goes ahead. EBs and project applicants will be able to contact our Helpline on 01926 488 300 or by email at helpline@entrust.org.uk to find out the location of a landfill site in England. We will communicate further when the EA have finalised their closure of this service.
