A new Welsh Bill is being planned by the Government which will devolve landfill tax, and a proportion of the income raised by other taxes in Wales, from Westminster to the Welsh Government.
The Wales Office of Parliament have released a statement setting out the Government’s plans and a draft Wales Bill will be published in the next few months.
