ENTRUST is looking to recruit to the role of Registrar.

Following the resignation of the current post holder, ENTRUST has a vacancy for a Registrar. The main focus of this role is to support the Policy and Regulations Manager with the effective and professional operational delivery of the Registrations function by providing registrations advice in line with the regulations, enrolling organisations as Environmental Bodies (EBs) and approving compliant projects.

The post holder will report to the Policy and Regulations Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of:

  • Enrolling organisations as EBs;
  • Assessing projects for compliance with the Regulations;
  • Assisting in the development and communication of Regulations, policy positions and guidance; and
  • Giving advice and guidance to stakeholders and internal teams on registrations and policy issues.

The successful candidate will be a highly competent administrator with experience of registration processes, with a membership organisation or a similar environment. We are particularly looking for someone with experience of undertaking projects within tight deadlines and able to complete work with a high level of detail.
