We would like to advise our Stakeholders that Entrust phone lines will be temporarily non-operational on Wednesday 14th December between 12pm - 1pm, while engineers carry out upgrades to our system.
Disruption is expected to last no longer than one-to-two hours at the most.
During that time we will still be available to answer your queries through our email services.
In the interim, if you need to contact our Helpline, please email them on: Helpline@entrust.org.uk.
And finally, there is no disruption to ENTRUST Online (EOL).
