Please see below the following update from Biffa Award, one of the LCF funding bodies:
"We are making changes to the way we deal with applications. From 1 April 2024, organisations no longer need to be an enrolled Environmental Body (EB) with Entrust to be eligible for a grant.
If your organisation is not an EB enrolled with Entrust, and we award you a grant, we will register your project with Entrust on your behalf.
These changes will reduce the admin burden for applicants and make it easier to fundraise for your Third Party Contribution.
If you are already an EB, and your project has fully completed, you will be able to de-register as an EB before submitting any further applications. To do this, please contact Entrust directly."
