Christ Church Community Centre – Bringing People Together

Construction on a landmark site with good public transport facilities of a wholly new, energy efficient (BREEAM rating of at least good), fully accessible, low maintenance 390 sq m Community Centre offering services, activities, events and facilities to meet a wide range of researched local needs. Benefitting will be 4600 people and 22 organisations. Visits to the centre will be at least 30,000 per year. The centre will involve local volunteers and will partner with a range of statutory, voluntary and charitable organisations to deliver specialist services. The centre will be run by volunteers with the PCC having overall responsibility for safe, successful and viable operation.
