Gunsgreen House Restoration

The project proposes to restore Gunsgreen House which is a Grade A listed building in Eyemouth. The house has been empty for a number of years and the trust proposes to provide within the building, interpretative & exhibition space, community space, wedding room, self-catering accommodation. The mix of uses has been carefully developed to ensure that the house is accessible to as many people as possible while also creating enough income to be sustainable. The project will be funded by a number of external funders including the Heritage Lottery Fund, Historic Scotland and European Funding.
