Tern Breeding Platforms Lough Beg AN2.3

To install 2 Tern Breeding platforms at Lough Beg. They will be floating structures moored to the bed of the lough. They will provide a faithful reproduction of the Common Terns preferred nesting habitat. Birdwatchers will monitor the breeding population before and after the installation of the platforms. Awareness raising activities and an outreach programme for local residents and the general public will be organised
