Wiggins Yard Restoration and Refurbishment Project

Urgent repair and restoration of cobbled and brick paved public right of way. Provisions of additional seating/ picnic tables, clearance of immature trees to recreate viewpoints and some paving to picnic area. General Public Access is available to the facilities.
