We are committed to improving our performance and the quality of the regulatory services we provide to stakeholders. To ensure that we are making progress each year, we ask enrolled Environmental Bodies (EBs) regulated by us to provide us with information on their level of satisfaction with us and our services as regulator of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
Our 2017 survey is now open until Sunday 2 July and we have sent this to the main contacts of all enrolled EBs to gather their views and opinions on our services. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and can be completed anonymously.
Once the survey has closed we will review the findings and will publish a report of these on our website, alongside an action plan to respond to the key themes from the survey. You can view the findings from the 2016 survey and previous surveys on our website.
