We are committed to improving our performance and the quality of the regulatory services we provide to our stakeholders. To ensure we are making progress each year, we ask enrolled Environmental Bodies (EBs) regulated by us to provide us with information on their level of satisfaction with us and our services as regulator of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the furloughing of some EB staff, we delayed the start of our annual satisfaction survey to ensure that as many of our stakeholders as possible will be able to complete the survey. Our 2020 survey is now open until Sunday 2 August 2020. Throughout this period we will review response rates and consider whether to extend that deadline in light of the ongoing situation.
The survey link has also been sent by email to the main contacts of all enrolled EBs to gather their views and opinions on our services. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete, depending on how many of our services you use, and can be completed anonymously.
If you request a response to the feedback you provide in the survey, we will aim to respond to you within 14 days. However, if you have feedback or a question which requires a swifter response, please contact us by emailing email@example.com and we will respond within our usual enquiry handling standards, which are 24 hours from receipt of enquiry (during working hours).
Once the survey has closed we will review the findings and will publish a report of these on our website, alongside an action plan to respond to the key themes from the survey. You can view the findings from the 2019 survey and previous surveys on our website.
