We work closely with Environmental Bodies (EBs) to improve awareness of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) and our role as Regulator of the fund. We're committed to keeping you up to date and to monitoring your feedback about our services. We have two opportunities coming up to engage with us, either to find out more about us or to tell us what you think of our regulatory services.
Open Day
Our annual Open Day will take place on Friday 29 June. As an open and transparent regulator we believe our Open Day is an important opportunity for staff, trustees and volunteers from EBs to come and meet our staff, find out more about ENTRUST and have the chance to talk through any issues they have about the LCF or their projects.
The day will run from 10.30am to 2.00pm at our offices in Leamington Spa. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please let us know by Friday 22 June if you would like to attend by booking online.
EB Satisfaction Survey
If you would like to tell us what you think about our services as the Regulator of the LCF, our 2018 EB Satisfaction survey is open until midnight on Sunday 1 July 2018. If you haven't yet had a chance to complete the survey and tell us your thoughts please do as your feedback helps us to develop our services.
If you have already completed the survey, many thanks for spending the time to tell us what you think. Once the survey has closed we will review the findings and will publish a report of these on our website, alongside an action plan to respond to the key themes from the survey.
