It is hoped that the operation of all aspects of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) is undertaken in line with the Landfill Tax Regulations (1996).
However, there may be occasions when serious concerns about the operation of the fund may arise and it may be appropriate to raise these concerns to relevant organisations, who can investigate further.
Therefore, ENTRUST have published a process and guidance to be used by anyone who may have serious concerns about the operation of the LCF and provides advice on how and to who any concerns should be raised.
