Aberdeen Green Gym

The Green Gym creates healthy communities and a healthy environment. Our Green Gym meets every week and is involved in wildlife gardening, tree planting and development of an educational allotment.
The Green Gym is open to people of all ages and from all walks of life, those particularly at risk of poor physical and mental health benefit the most. At present 70% of participants have a history of poor mental health.
With new funding we want to develop our allotment for the large number of people involved with the project.
