Cornforth House Refresh

Over the next 12 months The Partnership would like to carry out a major refurbishment of its building this will include:
• The replacement of windows and doors
• The replacement of heating systems
• Full re-decorating of the building
• New furniture for meeting spaces, IAG rooms and community spaces.
• Replacement of building frontage and branding
• The removal of old and broken furniture
• Upgrade to kitchen appliances for the community kitchen
• Upgrade toilet facilities
• Replace roof
This capital work will support the partnership to reduce its operational bills supporting its desire to become more self-sustainable. It will allow for the development of more community rooms for IAG and training, upgrade its community kitchen to meet the high levels of demand and will most importantly ensure the building continues to be accessible to all and offer a vibrant and welcoming community space for local residents to access support, services and training.
