Eastwood Farm Playground Upgrade, Friends of Eastwood Farm/Bristol City Council

The aim of this project is to replace a dilapidated playground with a refurbished and rejuvenated one for children up to 12 years, and follows the Council’s 2016 Community Action Plan (CAP). The playground has become unsafe and, not surprisingly, local parents have been keeping their children away. The applicant wants to see the playground become a place kids really want to go to, as well as a community hub, and an attractive entrance to the Eastwood Farm Local Nature Reserve. IET is being approached to fund play equipment for installation on the playground.
