Flowers Estate Landscaping

The Flowers Estate in South Ockendon was built in the 1970s with a large number of amenity greens: these vary in size from small greens between houses, to sites upto 1500 squ. m. (e.g. Foxglove Close, project 157). This project will provide tree and shrub planting on the amenity greens and will provide tools that can be used by residents to maintain areas on a voluntary basis. (None of the planting will be carried out on highway verges)
