Groeswen Chapel Restoration

The sum of £240,000 has recently been spent by the Trustees upon making the Chapel and its adjoining vestry weathertight. The Trustees now wish to make the Chapel’s ceiling secure and also to redecorate the Chapel throughout. It is a Grade 2* listed building. Previous funding has been obtained from Welsh Assembly Govt., The Historic Churches Preservation Trust, the Heritage Lottery Fund and CADW, as well as smaller sources.
