Hawley Meadows Footpath

To improve an existing right of way to create a multi-user standard footpath suitable for wheelchair users. The path is currently unsurfaced and often impassable in winter when the ground is water logged. This would extend the existing multi-user section of the Blackwater Valley path which runs for 6 miles to the south of Hawley Meadows
