Lymedale Park: Road and Sports Facilities

This two stage project proposes to construct a road through Lymedale Business Park, and then to extend this road and construct sports pitches. Phase 1 will involve construction of the road on the industrial park. Phase two will extend the road to an area where playing fields will be constructed. It is ENTRUST view that this second phase will only be compliant subject to the construction of the pitch. Should the contributing landfill operator utilise the road within seven years of the date of completion of construction, any landfill tax credits used toward the construction of the road will be returned to the funding Environmental Body.
