Provision and Replacement of Community Facilities – Porch House

Porch House is a grade 2* listed building which dates back to (at least ) the 15th century. It is now a house and adjoining hall which is used extensively by the community as meeting rooms etc. The buildings are in urgent need of restoration and modules 1 and 3 ( of a total 3) have already been registered. Module 2 relates to changes in the provision of meeting rooms etc in North Wing and the restoration of the main services for use by the community
