renovation of the Ellenroad Chimney

The chimney was buit in 1892 and has been maintained by the Trust since the 1980s. We now believe that the chimney is in need of a major renovation rather than routine maintenance. this will involve substantial repointing and the survey of the iron bands around the chimney.
