Richmond Park Environmental Improvements

The site currently houses a play area, trees and hard surfaced uneven waste land area. The young people have been working with ABCC (Anfield Breckside Community Council ) to develop a variety of opportunities where local people can get involved and make informed decisions about the sites future. The site has been used to engage local people in the sites future but also in activities around saving money through green practices, planting events and looking at carbon footprints.
The key elements of the work will include:
Young people working with a Landscape Architect to design environmental improvements. Installation of environmental improvements about area including: new surface, paths, seating, natural play and planting.
