Roof and wall Insulation plus tea-coffee-bar refurbishment

To insulate the walls and roof area of the bowls club to further improve heat retention and positively impact our heating costs, along with the refurbishment of our thirty-year-old bar area to enable a handwash sink area and integrate it into our tea/coffee station to create a new bulkhead to enable the roof space above to be insulated and to deepen the bar footprint by 450mm to provide additional space to facilitate two staff to pass in the area without bodily contact being made.
