Scotch Corner

The project aims to improve the green area around an ‘estate’ of 11 blocks of flats. They are currently lawns, some of which are fenced by knee-rail, and some of which are not. The residents of the flats would like to improve the appearance of their flats, and make the grounds into a smart and more usable space. There is currently some anti-social behaviour within the grounds which needs to be minimised, and though the site is open to public access, there are several ‘informal entrances’ which they would like closed.
