Toxteth Town Hall Energy Improvement Project

We are seeking funding to replace our existing boiler which heats our Community Resource Centre which is a grade 2 listed building built in 1865/66. Funding from Veolia Trust if awarded is towards the cost of the supply and fit of a new boiler which comprises of 2 x Hoval Top Gas 120 Boilers and associated works.
Our aims: The practical aspect is that we hope to mitigate disruption through the installation of a reliable, cost saving, efficient heating system that supports the effective, smooth operation of the Community Resource Centre.
The result of this is it ensures that all of our beneficiaries can access the support they need in a comfortable enviroment and; ourselves and the charities and groups that operate their services, can do so to.
We also hope that the new boiler will result in a slight reduction the gas bill and the unepxected costs of repairs.
