Waunlwyd Youth & Community Centre
Application for replacing the existing dilapidated fencing and gates which are considered to be a serious health and safety hazard. The existing fencing and gates are over 20 years old and now there is a serious problem with rust. The area in question covers the perimiter of the sports ground and community centre which is used on a daily basis. One section in question backs onto the new Railway line from Ebbw Vale to Cardiff causing a danger to the children using the sports ground as part of the fencing has disintegrated.
