We believe that people everywhere and of every age need places to treasure. Whether its a place to kick a football about, a place to relax, or a place to have fun. Not everyone is getting the benefit of good outside space. some people are missing out and some communities just don't have any green space to treasure. We are running a campaign to encourage more people to get involved with supporting and improving local treasured spaces. There is great need for free family orientated activity in the Saltash area and the Nature zone project would provide a much needed family focused green space within the park. Working in partnership with the local community & Council, we propose to create a space that will l include a bird hide, bird boxes and bee logs around the grounds and develop a butterfly friendly meadow area, a picnic area with benches and a fixed pedestal BBQ’s, that we will provide a great family and wildlife friendly and environment.
